If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong item received. Follow these steps to return your order.
- Message us or email
- Keep the original packaging
- Take photos of any damage or defects
- Keep the receipt and shipping label.
- Start the return process ASAP
- Then will process the refund
Note: If such case that the buyer wants to change the item, he/she will shoulder the delivery cost returning to the seller.
If within Metro Manila, we cater deliveries via Lalamove, Grab, Angkas and any available delivery courier you prefer.
